Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates There is a $12.99 shipping fee on all shipments in Canada. US and International orders may vary.
- Canada (Domestic): Standard shipping [3–7 business days]
- United States: Standard International [3-10 business days]
- International: [7–14 business days] depending on destination
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3 hours for tracking information to update.
To uphold our commitment to sourcing unique, high-quality, and local artisanal products, your order may be fulfilled through our network of trusted suppliers. If your purchase includes items from multiple sources, these items will ship separately and may arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each package to monitor the progress of your complete order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes The Bespoke Bambina is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at The Bespoke Bambina LTD within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
