Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Gift Baskets can only be shipped in Canada

For gift baskets there is no shipping fee on all Fedex Ground shipments in Canada. Canada Post is for Remote address, PO box or RR address. Next Day guarantee is $50  in Ontario and Quebec. All other provinces fee is $75.

  • Canada (Domestic): Standard shipping [3–7 business days] 
  • Canada (Next Day Guarantee): Fedex (1 Business day)

There is a $12.99 shipping fee on all other shipments in Canada. US and International orders may vary.

  • Canada (Domestic): Standard shipping [3–7 business days] 
  • United States: Standard International [3-10 business days] 
  • International: [7–14 business days] depending on destination

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3 hours for tracking information to update.

To uphold our commitment to sourcing unique, high-quality, and local artisanal products, your order may be fulfilled through our network of trusted suppliers. If your purchase includes items from multiple sources, these items will ship separately and may arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each package to monitor the progress of your complete order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes The Bespoke Bambina is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Overnight Guaranteed Shipping:

Overnight shipping is available just for our Gift Basket. Our gift baskets are only available for shipping within Canada.

Please note: For overnight guaranteed shipping, orders must be placed by 11 a.m. the previous business day. If an order is placed after 11am it will be dispatched on the following business day. Overnight shipping is only available for our Gift Baskets. We only ship our curated baskets Monday through Friday. If an order for next-day shipping is placed on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following business day (Monday) for arrival on Tuesday. 

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at The Bespoke Bambina LTD within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
